This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and Falling Data Zone LLC ("FDZ"), governing your use of Daemon Watchdog ("Software").
By installing or using Daemon Watchdog, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
FDZ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Daemon Watchdog on up to three (3) macOS devices that you own or control, for personal or commercial use.
Daemon Watchdog includes a privileged helper tool that runs with elevated system privileges to restart system daemons. By installing the helper, you authorize it to execute launchctl operations on your behalf. The helper performs only daemon restart operations as directed by the main application.
You may not:
FDZ retains all right, title, and interest in the Software, including all intellectual property rights. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership interest in the Software.
Daemon Watchdog does not collect, transmit, or store personal data on external servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. Daemon Watchdog restarts system daemons using standard macOS mechanisms, but FDZ does not guarantee that any particular daemon restart will resolve a memory issue or prevent system instability.
In no event shall FDZ be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Software, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability.
This license is effective until terminated. FDZ may terminate this Agreement if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.
