Where is my data stored?

All your data is stored locally on your device. Nothing is uploaded to the cloud or sent to external servers. If you delete the app, your data is deleted with it.

Can I back up my receipts?

Yes. Your SnapTally data is included in your standard iPhone backups (iCloud or iTunes/Finder). You can also use the Export feature to save your data to Files, email it to yourself, or share it however you prefer.

The text recognition got something wrong. Can I fix it?

Yes. After taking a photo, you can review and edit the extracted text before saving. Tap on any field to make corrections.

What format does Export use?

Export creates a CSV file that opens in Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers, or any spreadsheet application. It includes all receipt details along with references to the original photos.

Does SnapTally require an internet connection?

No. SnapTally works entirely offline. The text recognition uses iOS's built-in on-device processing.

Is there a subscription?

No. SnapTally is a one-time purchase with no subscriptions, no ads, and no in-app purchases.
