Try Before You Buy

HoldFocus includes a 14-day free trial with full functionality. We encourage you to use the trial period to confirm that HoldFocus meets your needs before purchasing a license.

Refund Eligibility

Because HoldFocus offers a full-featured free trial, refunds are generally not provided after purchase.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents HoldFocus from functioning on a supported configuration (macOS 26 or later, Apple Silicon), contact us at support@fallingdata.zone within 14 days of purchase. We will work to resolve the issue or issue a refund at our discretion.

How Refunds Are Processed

All purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Approved refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method.
