This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and Falling Data Zone LLC ("FDZ"), governing your use of HoldFocus ("Software").
By installing or using HoldFocus, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
FDZ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use HoldFocus on up to three (3) macOS devices that you own or control, for personal or commercial use.
You may not:
FDZ retains all right, title, and interest in the Software, including all intellectual property rights. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership interest in the Software.
HoldFocus does not collect, transmit, or store personal data on external servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.
In no event shall FDZ be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Software, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability.
This license is effective until terminated. FDZ may terminate this Agreement if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.
